We work on both domestic and commercial systems and have the relevant accreditations to certify our work. Our engineers are experienced in installing boilers across a range of heating options including Gas, Oil, and Electric. Before recommending a replacement boiler we will carry out a survey of your property and discuss your space heating and hot water needs. Where feasible, we will also discuss renewable options such as Biomass, Heat Pump or Solar Thermal systems. We recommend Worcester Bosch boilers due to their build quality, reliability and warranty period (minimum of 2 years which can be extended up to 5 years).

We carry out boiler installations for Housing Associations and Landlords; our automatic reminder service will ensure you don’t forget the next boiler service.

In addition to retrofitting a new boiler, we can also install new heating circuits or upgrade your current heating or cold water system. We will carry out the full design of the new system, making recommendations on boiler size, radiator sizing, cylinder size (if appropriate), and pipe runs. Upgrading your radiators can make a significant difference to the comfort and efficiency of your home. Smart controls allow you to remotely control your heating system – setting the temperature, times and heating zones of your home or workplace. Worcester Bosch have recently introduced their own smart control system – Wave.

When was the last time you had your boiler serviced? Regular servicing of your central heating boiler will ensure that it is:

• Running as efficiently as possible (saving you money)
• Warranty conditions are not invalidated
• Not emitting any potentially harmful gases (e.g. carbon monoxide)

Landlords and Housing Associations renting out domestic premises are required by law to carry out annual gas safety checks conducted by a registered engineer. Epic Global is fully registered with Gas Safe allowing us to perform Boiler services safely and provide you with the relevant documentation.
