The University of Edinburgh asked us to complete an interstitial power system as part of their facilities improvement works. 

Services needed to be installed to a high standard and in a way that allowed for easy maintenance by the facilities team after handover.

We were proud to assist St Frances Xavier School in Hereford with the development and installation of their IT and facilities upgrades.

These included a new library with iPad suite, four new teaching and group activity rooms, and a state-of-the-art interactive sensory environment. 

Kingspan pride themselves on Innovation, so when a new Research and Testing Lab was being built, we were proud to be chosen as the electrical contractor responsible for installing their air conditioning units, lighting, and electrical circuits for their equipment.

Installation of commercial water-purification systems that are electrically controlled—combining our electrical and mechanical expertise.

We have worked in some gorgeous homes with fabulous homeowners. We recently upgraded the lighting and heating controls in these properties. We treat your home with respect—remembering the extra details like taking our shoes off and vacuuming any debris afterwards!

We provide Property Maintenance and Landlord Certification services, such as EICR and Gas Boiler Services for a number of Estate, Lettings, and Housing Companies. We can set reminders for annual property checks for clients and reminders of when work is happening for tenants too!

We’ve worked with Anchor Housing Group and Belvoir Lettings for a number of years.
